Stephen Slesnick’s story is one of dedication, adaptability, and meaningful service. Raised in a family business environment, he learned the value of hard work at an early age while working in the family’s scrap metal company. Influenced by his grandfather, Stanley Slesnick, he developed a strong appreciation for integrity, perseverance, and treating people with respect.

His business career led him to become Vice President of Slesnick Iron and Metal, where he helped oversee growth initiatives, operational improvements, and business expansion. In 2008, Stephen was elected to the Ohio House of Representatives and served until 2016. During his legislative career, he worked on several major committees, including Finance, Ways and Means, Health, Financial Institutions, State Government, and Public Utilities. He became known for building relationships across party lines and focusing on practical solutions that benefited Ohio communities.

Following public service, Stephen founded Prime Network Consulting, advising hospitals, healthcare companies, entrepreneurs, and nonprofit organizations. Throughout every stage of his career, family, friendship, faith, and community have remained central to his life. A devoted supporter of the Jewish community, he also enjoys sports, collecting sports cards, travel, writing, history, and spending time with his beloved dog, Sammy. His life reflects a commitment to trust, loyalty, and lasting relationships.
